Account
Delete your account
You can delete your Fullwear account yourself, from inside the app. This page describes exactly what that removes, what it does not, and how to do it by email if you no longer have the app installed.
Delete it in the app
This is the primary route and the fastest one.
- Open Fullwear.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Choose delete account.
- Confirm twice. The first dialog explains what goes and what stays; the second is the point of no return.
The deletion is gated behind two confirmations because it is permanent. Once confirmed, the account cannot be recovered and neither can anything that was stored with it.
What is removed
- Your Fullwear account.
- The email address held on that account.
- Your closet backup and the garment photos stored in it.
What is not affected
The data on your phone
Your wardrobe lives in Fullwear's private storage on the device, and deleting the account does not touch it. To remove the on-device copy, delete the app from your iPhone — that removes all of its local data, including your garment photos.
An active subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel billing. Fullwear Pro is billed by Apple, so it has to be cancelled separately in your Apple Account settings: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Turn off auto-renew there before deleting your account, otherwise the subscription keeps renewing.
Delete it by email
If you cannot use the in-app route — for example because you have already removed the app — send a request to support@fullwear.app from the email address on the account, so the request can be matched to it.
A short message is enough: say that you want your Fullwear account and any backup deleted. Requests are answered within 30 days.
